My dad left Internet Explorer open while looking at your site, so I took the liberty of having a gander.
As my old man would say, "Good stuff!"
Howdy Bob; There are a bunch of paintings that I haven't seen! I wonder where the idea for Milestone came from? Good stuff! Dave
Thanks for organizing your site in such a user friendly manner, Bob. I've spent the last half hour looking through... lots I have never seen. Your written explanations add so much to the site. Keep up the good work, I will be back
I've enjoyed my mouthful for today, but will be back again soon for more.
Glad to see you expanding your web presence, Bob!
Oh, and it was delicious. Thanks!
I was just a little too young to attend one of Marty’s ravine bashes, but I did eventually obtain one of your posters, I think it was the tenth? In any event it was the envy of all my friends at the time. Have you ever considered releasing these famous posters again or possibly a t-shirt?
Mr. Yates (Jesse):
Enjoyed your website immensely, even where your opinion is dead wrong (not often!). Spent all afternoon here in Mbabane looking at it.
Long time no see ... in fact (yikes) we're already approaching endgame. How has life treated you? Say howdy to Calamita for me. Can you tell a pome from an apple yet? And where the heck is Mbabane?
Just spent the last hour or so browsing. I've been here a few times before, but never left a comment. I was also curious about Mbabane, so I googled it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mbabane
I want to get a hold of you for an exhibition, but can't find contact info.
Well hello Bob, a very long time no see. I recently wrote a blog about the Panama canal, and read it to my Papa (J.A. Veldhuis - you may know him from such high school high jinx as "the Panama Canal does not exist, it never has, it never will"), and he suggested I forward the blog over to you and the rest of the group, as a fun little reminder. If you have an email, I'd be happy to send it over, and give you an update on him, should you be interested.
Really enjoyed searching you on the web. Very interesting artwork. I still remember the little desert island and treasure chest you drew me way back when at B.A.'s place.
Anyway, hope to hear from you soon, and best wishes.
I apologize, I couldn't find your email address, so I'm leaving a comment in hopes of contacting you again, P-Canal issues aside.
Just wanted to let you know that J.A. will be swinging through town at the end of April. He will arrive on the evening of 19APR and head on back to Spain on 26APR. Was wondering if you were free during that time for a get together, possibly on his birthday 23APR, or otherwise. Please let me know, and I'll see what I can arrange.
Dear Mr. Yates,
I happened on your website during a ferocious thunder, rain, and lightning storm and found that your clearly cataclysmic work fit the circumstances. I enjoyed every moment of the tour, but must rush now to discover more about Mbabane.
Are you the same Bob I knew at McMaster ? I'd like to hear how you are doing. It's been a long time. I've been living in Belgium since 1971. Stefan Hanusz
